JM Real Estate Service currently provides residential appraisals for single or multi-family homes (with our without acreage) and condominiums. We are FHA approved. At this time, we do not offer residential appraisals for Co-ops, manufactured/mobile homes, mixed use or USDA/VA properties.

What Does It Cost? 
Fees begin at $300 per report and may increase based on the complexity of the home to be appraised. Payments for private (non-lender) appraisals are accepted via cash, PayPal or Zelle. ​
