JM Real Estate Service has been providing residential real estate appraisal service in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs since 2003.  We have the knowledge necessary to perform superior appraisals in these markets for a variety of home styles, sizes and complexities. Reports are typically completed to Fannie Mae guidelines, but can be customized to suit the client's specific needs. As lifelong residents of the Chicagoland area, we have a level of market knowledge and expertise that can't be beat.

Appraisers are subject to a regulated licensing process, which includes continuing education courses and state certifications.  We are licensed, certified and insured and will provide quality workmanship with the latest technology to accelerate the appraisal process, including digital imaging and EDI capabilities. We are capable of providing appraisals in ENV, PDF and XML formats.
